  • Ownage!

  • Why don't we all rent A/C units and put them up there to keep the air cold? That would stop the melting!

  • people are dumb animals in general meaning

  • Nuke plants are part of the solution.

  • LOL. God is like "Well f**k that those bitches I called my sons are now destroying the planet. Ahh no mather. I will go back on working whit Mars" lol :D

  • WHAT COOLING?

April = 2nd WARMEST April in the UAH 32 year satellite record.

March = HOTTEST March in UAH records of Global Temperatures.

(UAH - Univ. of Alabama, Huntsville is run by Dr. John Christy, well known AGW skeptic)

Global Temps. for February = 2nd WARMEST February in 32 years.

Global Temps. for January = the HOTTEST January for UAH in 32 years.

Temperatures are rising "0.14C/decade" - UAH

2010 is on track to be the HOTTEST year on record since 1880.

    So much for global cooling.

    LOL!!!

  • NEWS:

Methane Releases from Arctic Shelf May Be Much Larger and Faster Than Anticipated

    NSF - March 4, 2010.

Research results, published in the March 5 edition of the journal Science, show that the permafrost under the East Siberian Arctic Shelf, long thought to be an impermeable barrier sealing in methane, is perforated and is starting to leak large amounts of methane into the atmosphere. Release of even a fraction of the methane stored in the shelf could trigger abrupt climate warming.

  • @goog2k

That is true, this is probably allso a natural cycle happening!

But our population is growing so big, and waisting so much.

That it is a good thing if we try to help stop polluting the seas

that have the greatest influence on weather and climate.

We are on the right path, but we humans like to pretend

we do not see, until it is to late.

Ohh sooo tragic that accident, and then another, lets put a traffic light!!!

  • Good video,

but there are to many people that do not care, are stupid, or blind

    or all of them.

We are so spoiled and comfortable, only a few want to give that up.

It is typical for us Humans.

Only after any accident or DISASTER we try to adjust and move rapidly to change!

It has been the end for us nearly a couple of times!

We are more and bigger than ever, but more FRAGILE because!

  • "The most recent period when CO2 levels were as high as today was around 15 million years ago, during the Middle Miocene. CO2 levels were at about 400 ppm.

"What was the climate like at the time? Global temperatures were 5 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit higher than they are today.

"Sea level was approximately 75 to 120 feet higher. There was no permanent sea ice cap in the Arctic and very little ice on Antarctica and Greenland. "

  • impossible much?

  • Why don't these temperature charts go back further say 500 years? Or is it better to start from an unnaturally cold period to the present rather then display a range long enough to show a meaningful average?

  • The A/C idea was a joke, get it?

The melting and freezing is all part of a cycle and not the gas burning kind.
