  • Thanks for all the useful info! Looks pretty doable--even for the novice--well, perhaps, except for the bending of the 9 foot long segments part! I may have to hit the gym or risk experiencing 'the bends!' No doubt, I'll soon find myself paraphrasing Jaws Roy Scheider, "We're gonna need a bigger mallet!"

    Also, I was pleasantly surprised at RotoMetal's uber-reasonable $132 per 10 foot long by 3'3" wide roll of 0.027" zinc stock, *with free shipping*. I feel I can afford to experiment!
