Artist associated guitars can sometimes limit their appeal by being too recognisable. I love Blues Saraceno, but I?ll be blowed if I?m going to play a guitar finished in green tartan!!! BB King is as popular today as he?s ever been. His trademark guitar is of course based on Gibson?s ES 355 and this Epiphone version looks good enough to eat without alienating any guitarists in the market for a good Semi Acoustic

This guitar, like a lot of Semi?s has a laminated Maple body with a bound arched front and back. The neck is also Maple and topped with a lovely dark bound Rosewood fingerboard with large pearl blocks to aid orientation. The attractive headstock carries the Epiphone logo and has the name Lucille subtly inlaid in pearl. All the hardware is gold including the fine tuner TP-6 Bridge.

Twin Humbuckers are connected to the usual two volumes, two tone and three way switch but we also have a Varitone switch as found on most 355s. A mock tortoise shell scratch plate finishes off the look.

@mattmanmkb It's a fine tuner TP-6 Bridge, rather like a floyd rose for easy fine adjustment.

The amount of sounds on tap is stagggering, the subtle nuances are wasted on my novice arse but it really is an amazing guitar. Check out my video with it trying to get that BB vibe in my novice mode.

@NevadaMusicUK I have a guitar with a floyd rose on it. The fine tuners are very useful. One thing i dont like though is the Epiphone logo on the pick guard.
