The vocal quartet 4Kast was a girl group comprised of Kisha, Kia, Sharissa and Tasha. Formed in New York, the girls started up in 1995 and were signed to RCA.

In 1998, 4Kast released their debut album Any Weather. The album featured two singles, "Miss My Lovin" and "I Tried." The girls had some success with their second single, as "I Tried" reached #46 on the R&B charts.

Since then, Sharissa has gone on to have some success in the industry, releasing an album No Half Steppin in 2002 and Every Beat of My Heart in 2005
