Garages are custom additions to the home to we build on-site.

The specifics of garages differ greatly depending on the available lot size, whether it's going to be attached in the front, back, side or even attached at all!

In addition, many homeowners also want to customize their garages with interior shelving, lighting, etc.

This is just one of the many things we do to make our customers' homes unique.

How long from start to landscaping did this all take?

The actual time from delivery of this home to close of escrow was only 56 days!

What you see time lapsed is 4 months, which includes the landscaping, cement and extra work which the home owner subbed out himself.

Average site-prep to home completion is only 60 days under normal conditions.
