Clive is COO of Absolute Radio, the digital music and entertainment brand that grew out of the old Virgin Radio. Clive is responsible for product, programming and talent planning, and also leads the digital innovation that is core to the brand's success: 65.2% of the brand's listening is now done via a digital platform against an industry average of 25%. And listening via a mobile platform continues to grow -- in September a record 332,000 hours were streamed via a mobile platform, up 17.7% from August and the network has now had over 1.5million smartphone application downloads.
