  • Oh...i have got the answer of my question.....the cartilage is not the true cartilage or not mesodermal in origin.......its nothing but mucin or pseudomucin secreted by epithelial cells which when stained resemble cartilage.........

  • thank u for ur wonderful presentation........but i don"t understand from where the myxoid stroma appears though normal parotid glands contain no cartilage???.......will u please answer me>?????...barua from bangladesh.....

  • I'm only 21 years old and have a pleomorphic Adenoma at the superficial lobe of my parotid tail. And just recently I've found another growth, not sure if it's a cyst or not, just above the area of the tumor on the lining of the cartilage of my ear. I have no idea why this is happening to me!

  • thank you. had surgery monday to remove my salivary gland because of a tumor...just waiting for the results.

  • thank you very much ...

  • thank u soo much u have no idea how much u've helped me for my path. practical .
