@emilm It would absolutely *not* be the same. Multivitamins are artificial chemicals which the body cannot absorb properly or not at all. The true vitamins which our body can absorb and use right away can only be found in living foods, in raw foods, which are not cooked for the express purpose of keeping their vitamins and enzymes intact.
