@obiscygma I couldn't have said it better myself. They are nothing but a bunch of wannabe 60s activist rich kids playing like they care about something other than themselves. They attend colleges on either daddy's or the taxpayers dime. They see greatness in jerks like Mao, Marx and Garofalo. They claim to hate the U.S. Constitution then hide behind the very protection it provides when things get hot. They are the sludge of their generation.

Btw, as I said before, I'm a Modern Whig, not a Republican.. Also, I'm an Iraq war veteran (served on active-duty in the Army for 6 years). Overall, I'm not a demagogue or ideologue...
Emotionally-based radicalism does not impress me, no matter which side of the spectrum it's from. I'm usually far more impressed by someone who has a practical, real-world understanding of the issues and can substantiate their opinions with logical analysis and rationale - even if I don't agree with them.

@justisnotgood Dark Side, Light Side... Those judgments are wholly subjective, varying from one perspective to another - therefore irrelevant in discussions like this... I'm more of a Pragmatist/Rationalist... My assertions are based on logic and reason - my conclusions are substantiated by evidence and results... NOT emotion, prejudice, partisanship, intolerance, sophistry or rigid ideological indoctrination.

"Put People First!" x 200 times... Yeah, that's meaningful. What's next? "We deserve good things!" and "Bad stuff sucks!" Almost reminds me of those insipid "Mean People Suck!" stickers that all the "non-conformist" pseudo-edgy alterna-posers would put on their cars n shit. "Put People First"... Get a clue, kids... and stop mindlessly repeating everything the Herd tells you.
