I have seen the Tomb of the Cybermen and what exists of the Mooonbase, and I think the appearance of the Cybermen in those two stories is their best ever design and I also think the voices of the Cybermen in these two stories are very electronic and flat. The cybermen's voices in the Moonbase and Tomb are in sound like electric razors they rip through the viewer, in every way these cybermen are trillions of times better than the Cybermen in the colour stories. The black and white cybermen rule.
