God, your lucky! At your habitat, you pick up Hunter Originals and top mount spinners for 5- 10 bucks! If you've seen the video of my Kmart ceiling fan, I had to pay 45 bucks for that, missing all screws, had three broken light sockets.

If they made outside vintage fans like this, it would work perfect for your garage; especially when it gets hot in there!

I'm not really partial to that type of fan, but that one is nice. I like the variable speed setup, balance it and it'd be a good daily runner.
