There is no way she sounds better than Skylar Grey. Shes flat and nothing extra ordinary. She doesn't even throw in harmonies to build up from verse to verse.

In my opinion, Provokal (the rapper) should have been upped in volume by about 1.5dB in general; he seemed a little quiet throughout the song, and Dia (the singer) by about 0.6dB in the second and third chorus. She was almost drowned out by the guitar.
