People living with HIV in the Gulf region face ostracism and commonly tell of their feelings of frustration.

Al Jazeera spoke to "Hamad", an HIV positive man living in Bahrain, where he says there is still a stigma associated with the deadly disease.

What are you saying about scientologists? I never read anything about assists and AIDS, geez! Who cares how he got the HIV. H is a kind person to think of others by admitting that he did not want to infect others. He is brave and kind hearted to even speak about his personal issues that he's going through. A lot of countries dont treat prisoners like humans so maybe they used a dirty needle in the past to take his blood. perhaps a dirty needle was used on him way before he went to prison. A lot of muslim countries prisoners do not fuck each other like they do in the western world.
