Hi Azure - The visualization should be as detailed as possible. It's not important that you "see", but it is important to have a distinct idea. Everyone imagines differently so your visualization can be based on emotion, language or whatever suits you. Just as long as it is as clear as possible in your mind.
You can do this for long term goals if you like. Just imagine the process to get there and keep the goal in your mind always.
