I have had mine for a year and haven't used it a lot. I am trying to upload this Christmas onto youtube with no luck. When I plug in the usb, Auto play pops up but then everytime I click on something to load it, it says no video found. Please help if you can. Thanks!

i lost the cd-rom. what do i do????

@JLisa7 If you already have the software on your computer, then you don't need it anymore. If you don't have in on your computer, go to JVC's website and send them an email explaining that you lost it. They should give you a download link or send you a new CD, if you don't, message me and I'll try and help you.

@mississchic Yes, I still use this camcorder and I love it! It has amazing zoom and it's great for YouTube. I'd definitely recommend this camcorder!
