Wild Asia Heroes ep 3: The Elephant Chasers of Lubok Bongor

Our third Wild Asia Hero is the Lubok Bongor Conservation, Cultural, Social and Welfare Society (PRILUB). Formerly known as the Wildlife Protection Unit (WPU), the group was the first community-based wildlife protection unit to be set up in the country.

Wild Asia Heroes is a project to recognise the unsung heroes in our community. We aim to honour ordinary people in Asia who are making a difference, protecting the environment and empowering communities.
