@dutrank That's right. I did not take the seeds out of the peppers. I left the seeds in because I like the salsa hot. If you want to get rid of most of the heat take the seeds out of the peppers. If you want a more milder flavor you will need to slice the peppers in half long ways then scrape out the seeds before you cook them in the oven.
