@akcessdenied LMAO. No doubt! But I hear it all the time about how people don't have the room. This skimmer can be scaled down for any size aquarium. The only donwside is the noise of an air pump.

How many gallons are you skimming? I looked that pump up and exspensive it is so is it worth all the work?

very worth it. total system volume = 1,200g. I ran about 600gph through the skimmer @ 105W.

Way to make it personal; just a critique, not a personal attack. There is in fact, far too much turbulence in the riser tube to form a good stable foam, which likely reduces efficacy. If you can't take criticism, don't post on youtube.
