If your fighting multiple opponents, why grapple? Multiple opponents = your life in danger. Answer? Run. Can't run? Glass them. Bite them. Hit them with a pipe. Do whatever it is you have to do to get away alive. There is no honour in these situations, only escaping with your life... Or not.

@Fartblaster123 variation of the 'scorpion crunch' only with on leg wrapped around the neck ;)
-
@Fartblaster123 the teepee cuts of the bloodflow from the carotid artery. as does the triangle.
-
MUltiple opponents is a peace of cake if you know Jujitsu. Look at Stevan Segal!
-
in the bolt lock instant pressure results in instant break
-
is the bolt lock more or less reversing your legs in the triangle?
-
how quick can you break a limb becuase cant someone else hit you or seomthing while your not focusing on them??
-
i like how yall teach BJJ ive been doing BJJ for a few yrs now under the same instructor and i guess its just the instructor cuz it seems all i learn is how to pass guard and throw ppl but because of u i have learned many new and very good submissions
-
it 60mph with no traffic to Omplata-city after you try the bolt lock bolt lock
-
I like Triangle to Teepee to Kimura if they keep the arm over there and don't tap from the Teepee.
-
Thats true, but it is easier to escape while you transit to jiu claw. He can either roll and you fail to catch him, or he can pull some random escape (I did escape it an hour ago in my class!).
when the bolt lock doesn't work, go back to teepee! and to triangle again! mix them up! sooner or later, one of them will work.
As log as his arm is caught there, he can't do much. Besides, the triagle and the teepee are davastating. you probably won't have to try the bolt lock!

I'm all over due to my job. Most recently Daegu, ROK.
I'm a fan of your vids, I love to try them out in class, wherever I am.
-
I used the teepe on a friend who resisted the triangle when we were grappling for fun, works very well :)

i live in barking essex england any1 no where i can find a bjj club?
-
I find this drill very useful
-
crazy. defiantly will make use of this drill.
-
thx for those great vid man, i watch almost everytime before i go to the gym.
-
Where do you live
-
AWESOME!
-
you can lace the arm (the one outside the triangle) and prevent them from standing up to slam you. you can also strike very effectively to the face from this position. it is fine for a self defense situation.
-
how can i find a bjj gym around my area from you guys?
-
You could go for the omoplata/kimura hybrid, where you basically do the omoplata and finish it with your hands.
-
Ahh prof. ulpiano would be so pissed at me if i pulled some subs and he asked me where i got them and i said youtube hhahah
I am a kali silat guy, brand new to bjj, its not street fighting but its damn fun to practice and spar in bjj. I've managed to choke a few out, tap a few others, without any knowledge of bjj, but there is ALWAYS more to learn, and I want to say thank you to submissions 101 for these videos. I tried 3 new chokes tonight in class, and all 3 worked! The teacher asked "how you know this?" I said "youtube" and he just laughed. keep up the good work guys!

Great video as usual, but i have a question, if the oponent is punching you in the face and you manage to grab his hands, how will you enable one of his hands to start the submission?. I'll like to know that. Keep it up Submissions101

SeDq:
This isn't a submission. It is a drill to show the possible subs when going for a triangle choke. If that doesn't work, the tepee or bolt lock are there.
cheers
