If you look towards the end of the video you can see there seems to be at least two chambers in the brake whereas the standard brake according to the website has only one:
POF do offer a 3 chamber brake as an option, but clearly this is blued and not the same colour as the one in the video:
I wish I knew which brake it is too - clearly it works very effectively.
