@beekeeper2020 Exactly. And the gwai-lo wonder how we eat white rice without drenching it in butter or soysauce. I'm sorry, but these videos are just pathetic. It's one thing to eat something, and say it tastes bad, but it's a different thing to know HOW to eat it. For example, I love cheese. But you don't see me eating a whole plate of the stinkiest blue cheese I can find, plain, or eating a whole bowl of ketchup and thinking that either of that is nasty.

That is NOT stinky tofu. That is fermented tofu. Big difference! You always eat it with rice.

just FYI, that's not stinky tofu. Stinky tofu is much more stinky and actually smells like rotten flesh. Fermented tofu(this video) is much more mainstream, and only consumed in pinch sized, not mouthfuls, hahaha. great videos though.

You should talk to someone who is Chinese to teach you how to eat the "Fermented tofu", you don't suppose to eat it like that. LOL, even Chinese don't eat it like that. You need to immerse in a Chinese culture before you even do what you do, LOL!
