Awesome to see tributes. The bands never want to sound like Pantera so hearing them put their influence into it is interesting

im not a pantera fanatic so i can say that this sounded so much like the real one, and also there was that little bit of triviums own sound, and trivium is my favo band, so i can say: damn great cover

There is nothing wrong with this cover, sure it's not Pantera but still.....Singing isn't the same of course, because Matt is putting a little Trivium vibe into it but it's a cover and that's what you're supposed to do...RIP Dime!
P.S. The best tribute I've ever heard and that will ever be made for Dime is Machine Head's - Aesthetics of Hate. It's actually a song about an idiot who wrote some hate shit about Dime just a day after he died. Keep metal alive guys! |m|

If they did a studio cover it would top A7X, A7X did it so close to the original, not that thats a bad thing but Trivium would absolutely destroy it, In a good way haha

Trivium have improved a lot live since these days! However, Matt looked cooler back then

@FantuckinabulouS Fall Out Boy just did the cover to impress their friends at the Secret gig, who were friends by Everytime I Die Vocalist Keith Buckley. Fall Out Boy are a bunch of faggots who only tried to be hardcore in front of Keith, who happens to be in a good metal band.

@yoda2287 I second that! :D

@Sauercrowd18 thats cause they make it sound better like AVENGED SEVENFOLD
NO ONE CAN EVER COVER PANTERA AND MAKE IT SOUND LIKE PANTERA!!!

@dadude1234567 i'd have to agree that A7X hit this shit the closest out of 'em all. but Disturbed did an awesome job and probably because I love Disturbed the most, i like their cover the best. i honestly don't really like this by Trivium. the beginning riff sounds rushed to me, so it just doesnt have the effect it should. Fall Out Boy can just die along with all other bands remotely like them.
