I have gotten Windows 8 to run inside of the latest build of VirtualBox available (Stable), as of September 19th. Since it is running, I figured I would make a quick demonstration of the UI, some of the included programs with this build of Windows. It's still Windows 7 under the hood, with some additions, keeping the UI changes out of mind.
For anyone curious as to how I got the Developer build of Windows 8 running under VirtualBox, it's worthwhile to check out this blog entry of mine: http://seansite.dyndns.org/blog/?p=439
@najaalone I am looking for a way to disable the new Start Menu style they have, since I do agree it seems quite counter-intuitive for a Desktop OS (but fine for a touch screen). I haven't done much playing around with it due to time constraints but I'm sure there's a way to shut off the new look and revert it entirely to the classic Windows 7 look.
