Not at all. Also street fights like this don't have rules. you don't get penalized for taking the easy way out, hurting people, or running away. confronting the man would not have been less cowardly it would have been less intelligent.

The most efficient way to "leave" the situation would have been to drive the car in a direction opposite of the other man. Cars don't just go forward moron. That would have been the best way to "leave" the situation. Instead, he accelerated the car in the direction of the man with an intent to run him over. That's called choosing confrontation. If he wanted to just leave he could have just left and pressed charges later.

Again, choosing to "fight" with a car is cowardly.

@Shehasnomorals he didnt chose confrontation. the situation was escalating so he got in his car to leave and the other guy broke the windshield. running him over wasnt acting in a cowardly manner it was choosing the most efficient way to leave the situation. it's not like he went out of his way to run the guy over. also he turned his car on before his attacker came over to it. the guy should have considered the fact that cars are really good at moving forward and not stood in front of it.

@Shehasnomorals maybe he didn't want to fight. if I'm just trying to get home and somebody tries to fight me even if I did think I could win the fight I'd run him over like this. even if it's just to avoid the delay. also that one guy would not win a fight against all those people.
