when benching dont bounce the weight off your chest! all the movments are to quick slow them down trust me

@pattonaj It's practicing for the Penultimate. It's the final crossover leg stepping motion when you're gonna plant and throw the javelin.

that's actually a poor suggestion, you can squat more weight with you legs farther apart and feet pointed outward slightly, thus increasing the load on your muscles and resulting in better strength increase

hey just a suggestion, but when you squat make your feet parallel to each other. your putting a lot of stress onto your groin muscles if you don't.

Hey great video, I learned a couple great jav workouts from this. I'm a first time jav thrower and in my first meet ever in highschool, i threw a 168ft 3in with the rubber tip. I've only been throwing for 3 weeks, so I'm still a rookie with the technique. Do you have any pointers you could give me.

How heavy are the balls you are throwing into the net?
Also, how did you get your bench press so high, thats real good for a jav thrower?

hey. The balls are 800gr javelinsballs. what do you mean by "bench press that high"?

meaning your strength for that lift is very good. In your video it shows you repping out 315 pretty easily
