  • Hope you fellas are still working out, great routine, never any of this stuff when I was in london, just Jim Fix jogging in those days. Wher do you get the rope, sailing club stuff is it.

  • one hell of a set guys. my girl says she's buying me battle ropes for xmas. . . =)

  • nice work guys...veto, it take it your still squeezing into the pec dec & doing loads of seated preacher curls,,you may step into this training in a few years when you actually know something..till then, try not to slander what is clearly a very balanced workout

  • Just Run, Clean and Jerk and maybe pull ups and be over it.

  • Don't knock it until you try it. Great for functional strength and cardio fitness, especially good for combat sports.

  • What a load of insane rubbish. Just look at what they're doing!....exercise gone mad!

  • did you just buy the rope at a yatching merchants?
