Hellenic polytheism in the traditional way is a whole religion which is not combined with modern American Wicca. Though Some forms of More "flavored Wicca" used influences such as Celtic,Hellenic, etc do exist. I am not wiccan, and never was, like wise Hellenic Wicca is not related to Hellenic Polytheism besides similar Gods.

hellene means greek. Greeks call their country Hellas not greece. Greece what romans called hellas(cause the first greeks they got in touch was the colony of Grea) so it survived for the western world. Eastern countries(turkey, arabs, chinese etc.) call greek Yunan from the ionias who were greek settlers from asia minor. Hellas means "land of light".

the greek pagan religion is the most human of all, the gods debict humans with their flaws and their weakness. Many ancient greeks didnt believe that the father of gods was sitting up there and threw lightings, they believed that greek gods stories were lessons to follow, way to live

What is Hellenic anyways? Ive always had a "fantasy world" where one kingdom is called Hellen Thunder and I think there might be a connection since another of my fantasy kingdom is called Lady Lake and Demontra.

Yeah I worship them because I feel very close to them. Western society has had a lot of influence from Greek thinkers. Since I am a westerner I can relate to the Hellenice God quite well.
