  • I'm in love with this guitar and I might order this baby one day. I am however wondering where the tone/volume controls are??? Doesn't say so or show on the website...

  • @xrandolphx thanks! this one has tonewheels under the pickguard. I switched to standard pots now--they just sound better. The thumbwheels require small pots that can sound just a little thin.If you see the review in Downbeat's July issue you'll see a natural model with ebony controls.

  • How can I get one of those guitars for a good price

  • Take 5, Dave Brubeck originally did it.

  • This may seem stupid but what's the name/artist of this tune?

  • Are these asian made? can custom options be made? I really need an affordable 7 string archtop with a 2 1/16" nut width. I played a benedetto with those dimensions and it was way better for finger style.

  • @passanova hey thanks for the reply! i thought i had seen the tonewheels under the pickguard on a picture somewhere, but i wasn't sure anymore. aaanyway. i think eastman discontinued their ER 7 string models, so this is the most beautiful 7 string guitar we're left with as far as i'm concerned ;) keep it up, lovin it..

  • Nice to hear your still at it Matt! Check out Taylor Goyette's videos, he was just a young one when you used to come over to jam! you sound better than ever! Are you still in Texas?

I still have my G&L and I still cannot play it well either! LOL
