大同集團負責人林蔚山被控為投資女性友人周雲楠的通達公司，涉嫌掏空大同十三億餘元，遭起訴求刑二十年後又被限制出境，林蔚山提抗告，板橋地院昨開庭他當庭喊冤：「我是受­害者，我是清白的，司法要有正義。」
