@BeBopDeluxe85 yes, Im giving you a compliment, Intellectual Destroyer, be autistic and proud, oh self-proclaimed winner and genius
-
@BeBopDeluxe85 A self-proclaimed Winner is the best kind, indeed
-
@1sashenka Lots of geniuses were actually autistic... so are you trying to give me a compliment or what? Of course you wouldn't know that because you are too fucking retarded.
-
@1sashenka No, it's the fact that you are totally clueless and know nothing about anything in regards to vitamin c or any other forms of nutrition that amuses me . Meanwhile you are posting stupid ass comments claiming to know shit , when you don't know anything. As said before go read some books on the matter, or else shutup..
-
@BeBopDeluxe85 Look at you defending someone who on video says that Vitamin C makes Vitamin E, as dumb as as a rock you are
-
@BeBopDeluxe85 Im glad youre pleased so easily like an autistic child
-
@1sashenka Aww, is someone upset that they are stupid, hahahaha. Victory.
-
@BeBopDeluxe85 Oh youre quite a destroyer rotflmao, ascorbic acid nazi
excess Vit-C is converted into oxalates and then oxalates can bind to calcium and extracted causing kidney stones if one doesn't drink enough water or dehydrated with caffeine. extremely important to drink excess water with mega-doses ,how i know... prof. video ,hope you'll make more!

@8peterp Excellent point! Thank you for your comment! Water is probably the biggest factor for health and youthfulness. Everyone should be drinking as much as they can for a variety of reasons. I definitely intend to do a video about water. Thanks for the inspiration, and thanks for watching!
