I have a problem with dieting. I eat tons of junk food and stayed the same weight. Now im eating healthy I have put on a stone. Do you have any advice please. Great video.
@LLOYD19851012 it can be that you're eating more even though the food is healthier. A good way to fix this is to keep a food journal for a week or count your calories for a week to see if you are eating too much. Then, adjust if needed. Also, make sure you are watching chronic stress. It is more difficult to stay on track and keep cravings at bay if you are constantly stressed.
