  • Where do you get buffalo meat? Any popular grocery stores have them? Big Y? Stop and Shop?

  • @WhosexoDaddy I<m not familiar with these stores... I get mine from my local butcher.

  • Dave, NICE! You've got some killer recipes! Those bison burgers look amazing and way better than cow meat. Can I cook bison burgers medium, medium-rare and well done just like I do for ground meat?

    Thanks for the video!

  • @mhrockstar as long as the meat is fresh, no problem at all :)

  • And the second question - your grill, on which you cook that for the brand? Do you have a private house or apartment? And then the video is not clear where you should grill - on the balcony or private yard?

  • @DigitalSkYB I don't know the brand... this video was shot at the apartment we are renting in Ottawa... . At my house in Moncton I have a Uniflame BBQ, lot bigger.

Not sure I understand your question about where you should grill... you can grill wherever you want :)

  • Where I get buffalo it cost 10$ a pound! :( only whole foods has it in California and it is too expensive.

  • @mhrockstar

I got a sweet deal on an old race horse. I got it for only $125. Gonna take it a butcher to have it processed. Gonna provide some real lean nutritious cuts of meat.

  • FFFFFFFFF, 3:54.... sound of the fork scratching bowl.....

Sorry for my English. I had in mind. Putting such a big grill in the yard - is one thing, such as the estate (in Europe, most of them are just not private homes) - is another. It seemed to me that you're roasting somewhere on the balcony in an apartment rather than in a private home. That's why it was asked that question.

  • @DigitalSkYB extra lean ground beef, ground horse meet, wild boar... any very lean meat like game meat for example...
