An arts group in the Borough of Phoenixville, PA (where the Colonial Theater is loc.) re-enacts this run-out scene each year at Hallowe'en, IIRC, with volunteers from the neighborhood.

I own a house three blocks from the Colonial Theater, and another house three blocks from the Downingtown Diner (now called Chef's Diner), both featured in this clip.
