@chrisdenton01 has more to do with the idea that HAARP can have a physical effect on people and thereby making them more susceptible to subliminal influence. This movie was really fantastic. It's a very complete view of the theories surrounding subliminal messaging. It was interesting to see the many ways in which humans are exposed to subliminal messages. We take this journey of discovery with director Jeff Warrick, so everything unfolds in a really succinct and comprehensive way. His sources were really outstanding.
