The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 1 is the worst Twilight movie yet, says Peter Travers. The picture is actually hurt by having a good director – Gods and Monsters and Dream Girls filmmaker Bill Condon – who focuses the camera on the faces of the actors, who are all far too blank and seem helpless in close ups. Taylor Lautner is the worst of the bunch, often looking less like a sexy werewolf and more "like a petulant five-year-old." I'm not going to flip out like you did, but you're FUCKING FOURTEEN! You need to step back and look at this objectively. You're barely a teenager and Peter Travers is in his 40's, at least. I think it's safe to say that he has a more well-rounded view of film than you do, ok? So don't bust an artery.

I agree that it was very poor. But I still enjoyed it for what it was. Its Twilight- No one was expecting Shakespeare! (Which is just as well I guess.)

The first film was definitely the best of the series. After that the whole franchise got progressively worse. Splitting the final movie into two parts was also horrible idea. The storyline wasn't strong enough- mainly because nothing happens in the first half of the book!

@rainydaysunflower Sadly you are wrong.. Very good thoughts though.. What I find very sad is that there is no character development. The characters don't evolve or change.. they stay the same, only time passes. Frankly, the book is a bit boring .. It should have been a bit summed up and compressed into one or two books, most! it was great to read about a guy loving a girl so much and wanting to do everything for her etc.. But why did he love her.. was she smart, beautiful, maybe charming? No..
