Well it depends, I got a single bevel nakiri recently as I don't need the extra width or weight on the usuba. They're both so similar though in many aspects.

I am sorry. This is really funny and this is especially funny for people who know about usuba and nakiri. They are very similar knife and for similar function, but usuba is single bevel (ground on one side) and is considered a professional chef knife, while nakiri is double bevel and is considered home cook knife.
