  • that's so important! i have a sway back and i find even when i'm tensing my abdominals i really curve my spine way too much, especially in poses like warrior one. it's so helpful to have someone describe it like that! I'll try this out in my next practice and really focus on that. hopefully i can strengthen my core up a bit :)
