  • A murderer's logic, or what's inside his psychotic head, cannot be used as a defense, & the judge applied that legal ruling as he should've. May that murderer rot in a cesspit of faeces for the rest of eternity.

  • I agree...he should have stormed in and killed him after seeing him do it. Then I guess he would have had a case. Otherwise it looks like revenge. Either way Tiller was never brought to justice for performing illegal abortions so I guess this is his justice plus the time he is spending in hell right now. His church is rediculous for not rebuking him. Trying to witness to him is one thing, but never condeming him and let it continue is rediculous.

  • Randell Terry needs to be investigated by the Attorney General.

  • Scott Roeder is a hero, God bless you Mr. Roeder.

  • @witchwild Not all murderers are psychotic, and in Scott Roeder we're STILL not talking about BTK or Jeffrey Dahmer.

Where RT's coming from here is the simple fact that in any other murder of this type (a LOT more akin to a crime of passion or a lashout against domestic abuse than to "psychosis"), the defendant would be afforded the opportunity to present every mattter in his or her defense INCLUDING state of mind if they thought it'd help their defense.

EVERYONE rots if they don't get saved.

  • Thing that grieves me, Randall, is that if Gregg Cunningham couldn't or didn't have it in him to look at this issue from as analytical a viewpoint as you are, I don't expect the average bear to!

I AM starting to believe that the world lost a good lawyer the day they killed 1 too many babies to suit you!

  • @witchwild he'll be in good company with his victim, Dr. George Tiller. Rot in Hell.

  • Don't you know that judgment begins in the house of the LORD?

Tiller was armed, with a militia of body guards and off duty police, an armoured car, gates, crooked politicians, a wicked place they called a church (whose members were always looking out for him, for they worshipped money instead of God). That was the last opportunity that Scott had to save 15 babies scheduled for murder at the hand of Tiller the very next day. The place is shut down. The man who killed 60,000 kids is in hell Amen!

  • God will deal with TIller.

Tillers church should have rebuked him a long time ago and showed him the errors of his ways.

Ironic, isn't it. Killed in a church.

Killing an unarmed man is never the answer.

Defending with lethal force is justified to prevent serious bodily harm to you or someone else, BUT it has to be during the act, not sometime afterwards.

  • This is rediculous. I didn't know they were denying him this. He will appeal to a higher court and hopefully prevail. As far as I am concerned he shouldn't get any time. Tiller the killer was killing children that were viable outside of the womb which is illegal. The govt just turns a blind eye to this.
