  • I can't hear the music and voice when I play i with any emulator... :'(

  • are you playing at 128k mode?

  • I just discovered that wonderful option: ZX Spectrum 128. It ever was 48 and not 128... I can hear now that awesome music... Thank you anyway! :)

  • i also recomend other 128 games like ChaseHQ(amazing sound and music), Batman or Rainbow Island

  • man that theme tune brings a tear to my eye... serious business! long live robocop

  • I love the way this music is handled, the main title indeed sounds very emotional and full of conviction (and a tad bit of unearthly horror, just to let us know the sacrificial aspects of Murphey's death, his brain recycled for public benifit), and the music in the first levels are a mixture of excitement, presision, and a sense of nihilistic sadness at the state of the Detroit and the hordes of criminals.

  • This and dizzy.....

  • Brings tears! This was my childhood!!!

  • I played it so much my tape stopped working halfway through!!!

  • @commodore64fan: You forgot to start your sentence with a capital letter. You also forgot the full stop at the end.

  • @inphanta uhh you forgot the u buddy XD

  • @commodore64fan: It did, but this game was better on the Spectrum. And I think the Spectrum in-game music (but NOT the title tune) is better than the C64 version. And I'm speaking as a C64 head myself, but you have to give credit where it's de.

  • the spectrum fucking sucked ass the commodore 64 killed it in both sound and graphics

  • I remember my Dad buying this game, Big box version for £9.99 by Ocean, I was 9, Thought it was rock hard lol its unreal watching it now 22 years later, Thanks for the upload brings back a load of good memories mate cheers.

  • good game!!

  • The Gameboy was a Spectrum mini.
