Chip & Andrea live in the land of 10,000 Lakes, but for them it's now also the land of "tens of thousands" in real estate profits. This is their amazing story and entry into the Send Me Away Dean Contest

  • I already bought his "Profit from real estate right now book" and it seemed a too be good to be true book. Seriously his technique of putting no money down when buying a property is idiotic. if you put no money down, your'e monthly mortgage payments are going to be high. Also because of this financial crisis, no bank is willing to give you a mortgage loan where you put no money down in the house.

  • For those who want to make money investing in real estate, it may seem illogical to assume that you can do so without spending any of your own money.

  • I dont have any background. I went to real estate school and was very confused nd could not finish so how can a person do this with no skills?

  • In his books, Dean Graziosi explains how to buy and sell real estate even if you have no experience and no skills.

  • I read one of your books, i bought it but i gave away when i moved, i'm working to get the skill and be a sucessful real estate investor. Thanks for your advices Dean, i got them in your forums, videos on youtube, books etc

  • Man. I really want to try his methods out. I went to college for four years and graduated and now I can't find work and I live back with my mother and work part time. She works long hours to pay rent and all and I really want to give back to her!

Maybe one day I could spare the $20..

  • @Deftonesforever1 you do need money but it doesnt have to your money...or you can wholesale a deal with absolutely no money.

  • @Deftonesforever1 If you've been building a list of buyers, there may be one ready and willing on your list, and looking for just this type of property. You bring the buyer, they close, and you get your fee at closing. Many newer investors are making $5000 to $20,000 per transaction in this way. It's just like buying and selling the home or property, only you don't have any of your money tied up in the deal.

  • @Deftonesforever1 Here's how it works: You locate a motivated seller who may have tried to sell in conventional ways, or just hasn't listed their property. It may be a tired landlord who just wants to sell and move on. It could be an owner who has been unable to sell in other ways. But, you go to them and get an "assignment" of the right to sell the property. You negotiate a fee and go out and market for a buyer.

  • @Deftonesforever1 For those who want to make money investing in real estate, it may seem illogical to assume that you can do so without spending any of your own money. But, it's not only possible, it's the first approach many take before they've even learned all of the ins-and-outs of real estate investing. You can us "assignments" to effectively "buy" or control a property until a buyer can be located. You make your money as a negotiated fee for finding a buyer who closes on the deal.
