Garland`s weapon kinda reminds me of Chainblade from Ratchet and Clank 2 (if anyone still remembers who`s that).

Beating a lvl 105 cpu Kefka is hardly bragging rights.. first off the cpu play Kefka terribly and 2nd lvl 105 cpu's or below are all a joke... try fighting lvl 120's in lunar whale lol.. there a pain to say the least but they are hardly unbeatable I have kicked the crap out of them alot lately.. I will say having the right equipment against them HELPS ALOT.. that and being skilled with your character.. Garland in my case

Please.... if your having a ouhc time with kefka at this level you must suck... I fought him in level 105, maximum power, and extream and won... Seems you suck more then I thought
