Its the Akai MPK49' I'm using an MPD32 now for the drum pads although I like M-Audio Trigger Finger pads way better (editing is less fun though).

it's a S.D.Curlee,
(from Wikipedia) S.D. Curlee was a guitar manufacturer from Matteson, Illinois, in the late 1970s and early 1980s before going out of business. The brand nowadays enjoys a minor cult-like status. R. "Skeet" Curtis played one (and still has it) while touring with Parliament.
