March 18th. The astronauts having completed most of the installation of "Dextre" onto the "arm" are inside doing a number of different tasks. NASA switches to an outside view of "Dextre" and it remains on that shot for quite some time. Then at 1:30pm (PST) an "unknown object" enters from the right and slowly starts moving upwards. From the closeness of the station and the distance of the "unknown", the two do not "appear" to be at the same trajectory/orbital speed. The "unknown object" despite it's distance "appears" to be moving a bit faster, but this also could be simply that our "POV" (Point-Of-View) lends to that illusion. It could be traveling 'up' and away from the station (conjecture on my part). Where to look for the object? Look above the middle to the right edges end, (in fact if you were to look next to the video's edge, it would be in between the middle and the top of the right edge).
I think one of the reasons why NASA didn't immediately switch from this camera view is that the object was not seen. The reason for this might be because when we look at a monitor or TV, the information on all sides is cut off a bit so that the screen's edging is hidden a bit by the walled enclosure. So perhaps until the "unknown object" moved out and past the monitors/TV's enclosure did they see it, and then switch to another view. We on the other hand are seeing/watching the "feed" without those "walled enclosures" and so would have a bit more time to catch "something".
