great work!!

Nice!! maybe i should begin to use Catia more, but i prefer to use solid edge for my purposes.

@eismccc Catia is a CAD program, it has some basic FEM functions, but those are not even close to what Ansys Workbench can accomplish. Catia is primarily made for design and modeling, so the perfect combination (my opinion) is to make your model in Catia (it's much much easier and faster than making it in Ansys + the collaboration tools are great for large projects) and than import in into Ansys for further FEM, CFD
@teknik1979: How did you make the final part (injection and burning animation)?

So thats how my car moves?

That, is pretty friggin sweet. I like Inventor and ANSYS, COMSOL is pretty good too. I never used CATIA; I'm much more comfortable with the meshing, FEA, and CFD with ANSYS; does CATIA do these types of multi-physics analysis?

nope...KA's don't have fully counter weighted cranks, the intake/exhaust is on the other side, they don't use a serpentine belt...plus about a thousand other things...this motor has no piston rings.
catia dude, it says on the side
