Come and listen to a story about a man named Jack
He had a broken truck that he kept out back
One day he was trying to get that old truck to run
You could see on his face he wasn't having any fun

Well the first thing you know ol Jack's a feelin' low
Kinfolk said "Better visit Glenn Crow"
Said "Northport Auto is the place you aught to go"
So he loaded up his truck and headed down the road.

He said "Hey Glenn, I'm fixin' up my truck"
And Glenn said "Jack I can see you're gettin' stuck"
All Jack really needed was a new fan belt
So why would he ever go anywhere else?
