Comparison of Star Wars & MK vs DC

Warning! Spoiler Alert! If you have not seen "Star Wars: Return of the Jedi or played Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe and don't want the ending of either of those to be ruined, don't watch the following.

I was watching the ending to MK vs DC and I couldn't help but feel that I had seen that certain scene before in a movie. That movie turned out to be none other than the ending to Star Wars Return of the Jedi. I see a resemblance between the two, do you? Tell me what you think in a comment or a video response.

lol, I can see how that would seem to be the case. The truth is that i've seen the movie an average amount of time, I don't obsess about it as it might seem. I just know the story very well, and seeing how that specific scene is a memorable one, I don't see why its hard to believe that I know it so well. Anyways, it would be silly of me to be saying that the Star Wars Franchise is the reason I was inspired to be a Film Director and not know the story.
