Dishonest.
Franken paid his taxes, they just went to the wrong place. He didn't know he had to pay taxes to every state he visited for appearances and speeches. It's a perfectly understandable mistake, which can be traced back to his accountant, not to himself.
Now, if you had accused him of not being able to hire an accountant who can do a proper job, it would be a more honest ad.

This is great. alfranken just like ole charlie rangel, doesn't like to pay taxes but wants us to pay (and pay their share, I guess).
