@Savsmyman not really sure what it was, but i got rid of it with a scraper off the glass and then doing 60% water change, useing a syphon to remove as much crud from the gravel as possible, took a few times.
if you have no fish in there, turn your heater up to max for a few days and it should kill off everything in there

did you ever figure out what that was? how did you get rid of it? i Have them too except on a much larger scale. i took out all of my fish. so i dont konw what to do now....
