For her extraordinary work in promoting entrepreneurial spirit and gender equality, Eva Maria Ingelsson of Uppsala, Sweden was named a 2010 JCI Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World (JCI TOYP) recipient in the category of political, legal and/or governmental affairs.
After earning her Master of Laws from Uppsala University, Ingelsson held several prestigious positions at renowned law firms in Sweden and became a member of the Swedish Bar Association. Specializing in real estate law and litigation, Ingelsson is involved with several pro-bono projects in support of start-up companies, helping them develop the tools for a successful business venture. A member of the Uppsala Board member Network, Ingelsson was invited to join the Veckans Affärer/NOVARE's Mentorship Program for young career women. She has since founded the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce's Network for Young Advisors and Q-ics, a network for female leaders in Uppsala.
