@seserbcp Yes, but you can tell that they are strobes because of the quick flashes and what looks like some flashes are skipping (cameras cannot pick up strobes very well). They would be LED's if there was a Whelen Freedom on the top, but in this case its an Aerodynic so they are strobes.
